Will New Versions Of Pitbull/Quartz and so on need new settings?

I'm still using the old PitBull And Quartz, many others too, and Ive seen new versions, the most noticable thing is that all the features are in one folder, so I'm wondering, if I were to upgrade, would that mean that I'd have to re-configure every UI I've got? (I use 1per class, Got all classes), If so, Id probably slack until I get a widescreen, so can any1 with knowledge/exp in this please tell me? ..:: Thanks, Adnan. ::..
