self cast macro??? without deselecting your current target

Hey guys, can any1 suggest me how to create a macro so that i can heal myself with a spell without deselcting the enemy target?Example:i am targeting in a fight a mob, i go low health but i dont want to deselect the mob as target, how can i heal myself without having to press alt all the time?
