Simple Camera Question

So I'm redoing my entire UI top to bottom, and now I'm having an issue with my camera not scrolling out all the way. I remember reading about changing the config file in the WoW folder to do so, and then about that being fixed so you couldn't do it.So, is there a mod for this now? All the raider's UI's I see have zoomed out MUCH further than mine, and with this new UI, I need a bit more room to work.
